Htee Lu Paw speaks for the Karen Youth of Langley who are able to play ice hockey through the PuCKS program. This speech was at the PuCKS Hockey Heroes Dinner in November 2009 at the Langley Events Center. The Guest of Honour was Trevor Linden of the Vancouver Canucks and the coach of the Canucks, Ryan Walter. Htee Lu Paw’s moving speech tells the story of why it is so important to have programs like this in our communities.
